All applicants must meet the following requirements in addition to the requirements specific to the type of registration they choose:
- Be attending or have completed an approved, CCAPP-accredited pharmacist or pharmacy technician educational program
- Certificate of Conduct Requirements for Registration
- Request your check through Sterling BackCheck
- Photo Identification Requirements for Registration
- Professional Liability Insurance Requirements for Registration
- English Language Proficiency:
- Language proficiency tests completed on or before August 31, 2024 will be assessed based on the tests and minimum passing scores in the English Language Proficiency Requirements for Registration (2022)
- Language proficiency tests completed on or after September 1, 2024 will be assessed based on the tests and minimum passing scores in the English Language Proficiency Requirements for Registration (2024)
All applicants applying to register as a pharmacist or pharmacy technician must also meet the following requirements:
- Successfully complete the Registration Exam
