In this webinar, NLPB’s Director of Quality and Pharmacy Licensing, Kelda Newport, and ISMP Canada’s Director of Community Pharmacy Reporting and Learning, Enna Aujla, will review:
- recently implemented Standards of Practice for Continuous Quality Improvement and Medication Incident Reporting,
- key elements of the MedSTEP NL program,
- implementation steps for community pharmacists, and
- the Canadian Medication Incident Reporting & Prevention System (CMIRPS), the National Incident Data Repository (NIDR), medication incident reporting, sharing, and learning, and ISMP supporting community pharmacy teams.
